Justice and Prison Reform for Promoting Human Rights and Preventing Corruption in Bangladesh

*    This project will be implemented following community led approach

*    The organization considers team’s and communities’ safety as one of the non-negotiable issues as part of its Duty of Care mandate. This project will be implemented taking all precaution and COVID-19 protection measures
 
*    The proposed project will be implemented by DCPUK with the technical assistance from GIZ, as well as support from other organization (BLAST &Nijerakori) is expected

*    The project activities will be implemented in consultation and engagement with relevant stakeholders e.g., District Legal Aid Committee

*    Women have limited access to information, resources and their participation in the decision-making process, due to imbalances in power. This project will give priority to the women beneficiaries

*    Participant capacity building will be the key strategy of achieving the objectives of the project. This project will undertake series of initiatives of capacity building initiatives at all level

*    The project will set community feedback mechanism to get community reaction/ feedback about project activity and outputs, as well as complaints/ grievances.

*    This is an inclusive project. Person with disabilities and minorities groups will be given priority to be included

*    The project will maintain database of all information related to beneficiaries and project activities.
